Core Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to contact delinquent customers, negotiate structured repayment plans, and secure timely debt recovery.
• Evaluate delinquent accounts and identify high-risk cases. Provide insightful reports and actionable recommendations for account resolution.
• Actively probe and verify updated customer contact details to ensure accurate database records and improve recovery rates.
• Maintain a high standard of call quality, adhering strictly to company standard operating procedures (SOPs), recovery regulations, and ethical guidelines.
• Handle challenging customer conversations with professionalism, tact, and effective conflict-resolution strategies to de-escalate issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in credit recovery or collections, with proven experience handling aging accounts of 3 months and above are highly encouraged to apply.
• Education: SPM / High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong persuasion, communication, and conflict-resolution skills to manage difficult calls and escalated customer complaints.
• Good understanding of recovery regulations, standard operating procedures, and target flow rates.
