About the role

We are seeking a hands-on Senior HR Manager to lead our human resources function. Operating as the Head of HR, you will direct a compact HR team and oversee full-spectrum HR operations. We need a versatile generalist who can comfortably manage both office professionals and frontline workforce environments, with a strong background supporting FMCG or food & beverage manufacturing, processing, or factory operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and guide the HR team to support all HR functions
• Manage end-to-end HR including recruitment, change management, and performance management
• Handle recruitment, shift planning, and labor relations for food production operators, frontline workers, and office staff
• Support HR policies tailored to food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and industrial environments
• Foster a positive work culture, handle grievances effectively, and ensure full compliance with local labor laws

About you

• 10 years in HR generalist roles, with 3+ years in a managerial or leadership position
• Hands-on experience managing both frontline/blue-collar and office environments
• Prior working experience in a food factory, food manufacturing, or FMCG production plant is a distinct advantage
• Proven ability to lead a compact team and deliver results in a hands-on environment
• Strong command of HK labor laws, excellent problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
• Proficient in Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a plus)
