Responsibilities
Pastry & Confectionery Maker
We are looking for Pastry & Confectionery Maker to join our production team at Twenty Grammes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and bake sponges, tart shells and other pastry components
Produce mousse cakes, tarts and desserts for our outlet
Prepare creams, fillings, mousses and other pastry components
Assemble, cream and finish cakes to our required standards
Ensure consistency in product quality, presentation and portioning
Maintain proper food hygiene, storage and cleanliness standards
Support seasonal products and new launches when required
Requirements
Relevant pastry/baking experience preferred
Comfortable with both pastry production and cake finishing
Able to cream and finish cakes neatly
Good attention to detail and consistency
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Work Permit (WP) holders are welcome to apply!
