Responsibilities
PATIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE
Basic Salary: $2,200–$3,300
Bonus: Average of 3.5 months
Location: West Region
Working Schedule
• 5.5 days/week, transitioning to 5.25 days after probation with alternate half-day Saturdays
• Rostered weekday shifts between 7:30am–6:30pm
• Opening duties may start at 6:30am/6:45am
• Saturdays until 12pm or 1pm
Job Scope
• Manage patient registration, appointments, referrals and payments
• Attend to enquiries and conduct follow-up calls
• Assist with basic height, weight and blood pressure measurements
• Guide patients on mobile apps and self-service options
• Support Healthier SG enrolment and patient education
• Coordinate programme logistics and daily clinic administration
