Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant working experience will be an added advantage

• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken

• Knowledge of Mandarin will be an added advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Well-organised, responsible and attentive to detail

• Able to multitask and prioritise work effectively

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and attend to walk-in clients

• Receive, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, documents and deliveries

• Schedule client appointments and meetings

• Monitor office supplies and maintain inventory

• Provide general administrative and clerical support

• Perform filing, scanning, photocopying and other documentation duties

• Assist with other ad-hoc administrative duties as and when required
