About The Role

Our client is a leading organisation within the insurance and financial services sector, seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their Product Delivery team on a 1-year contract.

This role will be responsible for supporting end-to-end product delivery and launch activities, working closely with business, technology and operations stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements, liaise with stakeholders, identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance business efficiency.

• Translate and review business requirements into comprehensive UAT test scenarios, test conditions and expected results.

• Manage end-to-end UAT planning, execution, coordination and sign-off, ensuring proper documentation.

• Develop, review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials and user guides.

• Document business requirements, solution designs and business rules, ensuring clarity, accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

• Prior experience within the insurance or banking industry is highly preferred.

• Experience in managing or supporting product launches or business projects will be an advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Good project coordination and organisational skills.

• Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively with business and technology stakeholders.
