Responsibilities:

· Answer and handle all customer queries and requests that come in by phone, email, or other channels.

· Work with the dispatch team to coordinate customer sample collection requests, including monthly pickups.  

· Prepare health certificate, request form and cover letter or other documents for customers.

· To liaise with internal and external parties ensuring clear communication of information and smooth process flow.

· Maintain and update customer's contact details or any relevant documentation.

· Assist with other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with also the ability to communicate with our Mandarin speaking customers;

· Excellent time management skill;

· Strong attention to details;

· Ability to work independently in fast paced environment, training will be provided.

· Able to work 5.5 days per week (alternate Saturday)
