Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Perform financial analysis and provide insights to support business strategies
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement
• Financial Reporting
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Present financial results to senior management
• Cash Flow & Cost Management
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
• Monitor expenses and implement cost control measures
• Optimize financial resources to improve profitability
• Compliance & Audit
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and company policies
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities
• Oversee internal controls and financial governance
• Team Leadership
• Lead and develop the finance team to achieve departmental goals
• Provide guidance and support on financial matters across departments
• Business Partnering
• Collaborate with other departments to support business operations and decision-making
• Provide financial advice for investments, projects, and business initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is an added advantage
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, with leadership exposure
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficient in financial systems and Microsoft Excel

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
