We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer / Sales Manager to drive business growth across Southeast Asia. The role combines technical expertise, consultative selling and relationship management, with a strong focus on power generation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts across the SEA market.
• Build and manage strong relationships with end customers, contractors, consultants, influencers, distributors and key decision makers.
• Drive the sales pipeline from opportunity identification and qualification through to negotiation and deal closure.
• Develop sales strategies, forecasts and volume targets for the SEA market.
• Work closely with regional/global teams, distributors and internal stakeholders to develop solutions, pricing and quotation strategies.
• Provide technical and sales support to distribution partners and customers.
• Identify strategic partnerships and new market opportunities to expand products and solutions.
• Monitor market trends, sales performance and pipeline data, providing insights to senior management.
• Represent the company at trade events, industry associations and technical conferences.
• Serve as a technical expert in power products, solutions, industry standards and power system design and integration.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in the power generation, UPS, or engines
• Proven track record in direct and channel sales, preferably covering Southeast Asia.
• Strong business development, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and key decision makers.
• Commercially driven, results-oriented and motivated to win.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional and global teams.
• Willing to travel frequently across the region.
