About the Role

We are seeking a commercially driven Account Manager to drive new business acquisition and strategic account growth across Southeast Asia. This hunter-farmer role focuses on telecommunications providers, hyperscalers, cloud providers, data centres, and network and security infrastructure companies, with opportunities to support the growing AI infrastructure ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and expand existing strategic accounts across SEA.

• Develop territory strategies, build executive relationships and identify new revenue opportunities.

• Manage complex B2B sales cycles from prospecting and solution discovery to negotiation and closure.

• Promote solutions across networking, cybersecurity, wireless communications, AI infrastructure and performance validation.

• Collaborate with technical teams, solution architects and channel partners to deliver tailored solutions.

• Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts and CRM records while monitoring market and competitor trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

• 3–8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with a strong track record in new business development and target achievement.

• Experience selling to telecommunications providers, hyperscalers, cloud providers or data centre operators.

• Background in complex technical solutions such as networking, cybersecurity, network visibility or related technologies.

• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

• Self-motivated, commercially driven and willing to travel across Southeast Asia.
