Job Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair photocopiers / multifunction printers (MFP).
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnose machine faults.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and regular servicing.
• Replace spare parts and consumables when required.
• Troubleshoot printing, scanning, network and connectivity issues.
• Configure copier IP addresses, network settings and printer drivers.
• Assist customers with PC-to-copier, network printing and scan-to-email/folder setup.
• Provide basic IT and technical support to customers.
• Attend customer service calls and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain proper service records and update job reports.
• Travel to customer locations for installation and servicing.

Job Requirements

• Experience in photocopier / printer servicing is preferred.
• Experience with brands such as Ricoh, Canon, Konica Minolta, FujiFilm, Toshiba, Sharp, etc. will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of copier troubleshooting, electrical and mechanical components.
• Basic IT knowledge is required.

• Windows operating systems
• Printer driver installation
• IP address and basic network configuration
• LAN / Wi-Fi connectivity
• Network printing
• Scan-to-email / scan-to-folder
• Basic PC troubleshooting

• Able to work independently and solve technical problems.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Must possess own transport / vehicle and a valid driving licence.
• Willing to travel to customer locations within Johor.
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Able to work under pressure and handle urgent service calls.
