Job Summary

To drive business process improvement and digital transformation across Finance, Sales, and Business Operations by leveraging financial knowledge, data analytics, automation, and technology to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, productivity, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Improvement & Automation: Identify manual, repetitive, and inefficient processes; review existing workflows; and develop automation solutions using Power Automate, AI, and other relevant technologies to reduce manual work and improve productivity.
• Data Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, automated reports, and data visualisations. Integrate data from multiple systems to provide actionable insights into financial performance, sales, cost management, and business operations.
• Business Process Analysis: Work closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT teams to understand business requirements, identify process bottlenecks, analyse root causes, and recommend practical solutions to improve end-to-end business processes.
• Solution Development & Implementation: Take ownership of improvement initiatives from problem identification and solution design through development, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement. Gather user feedback and refine solutions to meet business needs.
• Technology & Innovation: Explore opportunities to apply AI, SQL, Python, APIs, and other relevant technologies to solve business problems, improve data management, and streamline workflows.
• Documentation & Collaboration: Prepare process documentation, user guides, and SOPs for implemented solutions. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure solutions are reliable, secure, sustainable, and effectively adopted by users.
• Other Responsibilities: Perform other duties and assignments as directed by the immediate superior or Management from time to time, in accordance with business needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. A Finance or Accounting background is essential.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or other business intelligence and automation tools.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, APIs, or other programming technologies will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of financial processes and their connection with Sales and Business Operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, active listening, and communication skills.
• Proactive, innovative, and willing to challenge existing processes constructively.
• Able to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively across departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
