We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with payroll. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and is proficient in Excel.

Core Responsibilities:

• Data Entry
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Bank Reconciliation
• Record Keeping
• Administrative Support

Key Duties:

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
• Assist with monthly payroll processing.
• Maintain accurate historical records and filing systems.
• Support the finance team during month-end closing and audits.
• Respond to vendor and customer inquiries regarding billing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role.
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and accounting software.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
