about the role

The core focus of this position is to assess and accurately project the materials, time, and labour expenses. You will manage the financial analysis, preparation, and negotiation of contractual agreements and bids. Additionally, you will guide project coordination, provide counsel on various compliance matters, value completed projects and process the associated financial claims.

• Collaborate closely with the interior design team to review technical drawings and establish precise material take-offs.

• Review pricing for supplementary structural work or ongoing upkeep, and drive negotiations with external vendors and sub-trades to secure the best rates.

• Procure, compare, and appraise pricing proposals from various material suppliers and specialised contractors.

• Ensure all bidding paperwork, procurement files, and tender submissions are systematically organised and up-to-date.

skills and experience required

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building, or a closely related discipline.

• At least 1 year of experience specifically dealing with corporate / commercial fit-out projects.
