RIAmetric Hiring! Full Time Product Manager - LED display in Selangor - Ricebowl

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our LED Display business (Kinetic LED and other LED brands). This is a high-impact role for someone who combines commercial acumen, technical expertise, and business leadership to drive product success and revenue growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:- 

• Own and deliver the assigned product revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
• Develop and execute business strategies and go-to-market plans to accelerate sales growth.
• Drive the complete product lifecycle, including forecasting, procurement, ordering, shipment coordination, inventory planning, and product launches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas manufacturers and negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and product availability.
• Develop competitive product positioning and pricing strategies based on market intelligence.
• Provide end-to-end LED Display solutions, including product selection, system design, technical consultation, and solution architecture.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, technical workshops, and customer solution briefings.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, qualify projects, prepare proposals, and support deal closures.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to keep our portfolio ahead of the competition.
• Conduct product training and enablement for internal sales teams and channel partners.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in the LED Display, Audio Visual, or Pro AV industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of LED Display solutions and supporting ecosystem.
• Experience working directly with manufacturers on ordering, logistics, forecasting, and shipment management.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven experience in product positioning and pricing strategy.\
• Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage customers from technical discussions through to commercial negotiations and successful project closure.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about building a successful product business.\
