As a Barista, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Hospitality

• Greet all customers warmly and provide prompt, friendly service.

• Educate customers on coffee origins, flavor profiles, and menu items.

• Accurately take orders and process payments using the POS system (cash and credit).

• Resolve customer complaints politely and professionally, escalating to management when necessary.

Beverage & Food Preparation

• Expertly prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, pour-overs, teas, and blended drinks, following standard recipes.

• Operate coffee brewing equipment (espresso machine, grinders, brewers) safely and correctly.

• Prepare and serve food items (pastries, sandwiches, etc.) according to health and safety guidelines.

• Maintain consistency in taste and presentation to ensure quality control.

Operations & Maintenance

• Keep the coffee bar, seating area, and restrooms clean, organized, and sanitized throughout the shift.

• Restock retail items, cups, lids, and ingredients as needed.

• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock or equipment issues.

• Calibrate espresso grinders and brewers daily to ensure quality extraction.

• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations (food handling, temperature logs, etc.).

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a bar, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
2. Good knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and beverage service.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Positive, service-oriented attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Able to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
