Responsibilities
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Process Engineer
specializing in wastewater treatment systems to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing process systems, performing technical calculations, supporting on-site commissioning, and ensuring project compliance with environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
System Design & Flow Diagrams:
Develop and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), System Block Diagrams, and engineering designs.
Calculations & Optimization:
Perform process calculations, mass balances, hydraulic analyses, and system optimization.
Troubleshooting & Improvement:
Support system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvements.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary engineering and project teams across project execution stages.
Technical Documentation:
Prepare detailed technical reports, engineering specifications, design basis documents, and project paperwork.
Commissioning & Evaluation:
Assist in on-site system commissioning, performance testing, and evaluation of plant operations.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all designs and operations comply with project specifications and local environmental regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Experience
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Environmental, Process Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on process engineering experience, specifically with
wastewater treatment systems
and process design.
Technical & Soft Skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving deliverables.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within collaborative team environments.
