Job Description

Noventra Technology Pte. Ltd. is seeking a reliable and technically minded IT Support Specialist to assist with daily IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and help maintain computer systems. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computers, software, printers, and network connectivity.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and update computer systems and applications.
• Assist with user accounts, access permissions, and basic system maintenance.
• Record support requests and document solutions.
• Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Diploma or relevant qualification in IT or a related field is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer hardware.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Previous IT support experience is an advantage.
