Job Description
Responsibilities
We are an SME specialising in Engineering, Facilities and Management, located in the eastern part of Singapore. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Executive to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
Manage project execution, schedules, costs and overall progress.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and site teams.
Monitor contract variations, claims and project costs.
Conduct site coordination and inspect incoming materials.
Review working drawings using AutoCAD and identify discrepancies for resolution.
Ensure projects are completed on time and according to safety compliance requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, recognised by the PE Board, or a relevant qualification.
Experience in Quantity Surveying (QS) is preferred.
Proficient in AutoCAD and able to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong project management, coordination and supervisory skills.
Independent, self-motivated, results-oriented and a good team player.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work at the Airfreight Terminal.
