Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Meet, greet, and consult with customers to understand their vehicle needs, preferences, and lifestyle requirements.
• Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle features, benefits, and trim levels to provide detailed demonstrations and test drives.
• Sales Target Achievement: Actively pursue and close sales to meet or exceed individual and team monthly goals.
• Lead Management & Follow-up: Respond to inquiries (phone, internet, walk-in) promptly, manage the CRM system, and follow up with prospective and past customers to secure repeat business.
• Transaction Management: Assist customers with credit applications, explain financing/leasing options, and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
• Vehicle Delivery: Manage the final delivery process, ensuring the vehicle is pristine and the customer understands all features.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in automotive sales or a high-volume retail environment, with a track record of success.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to build trust and close deals.
• Results-Oriented: Strong drive to succeed and meet/exceed sales quotas.
• Knowledge: Valid driver’s license and deep knowledge of automotive technology.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Mitsubishi specifies minimum of an SPM Certificate

Pay: From RM1,850.00 per month
