1. Operations Management

• Supervise and support outlet managers in daily operations.
• Ensure all outlets maintain company SOPs, cleanliness, food safety, and service standards.
• Monitor stock control, wastage, maintenance, and cost management.
• Conduct regular outlet visits and operational audits.

2. Sales & Business Growth

• Drive sales performance and profitability across assigned outlets.
• Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and local marketing activities.
• Monitor competitors and market trends.

3. Team Leadership & People Management

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop outlet managers and team members.
• Conduct performance reviews and staff evaluations.
• Ensure proper manpower planning and scheduling.
• Build a positive work culture and strong teamwork environment.

4. Customer Experience

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Handle escalated customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.

5. Financial Control

• Manage outlet budgets, labour cost, and operational expenses.
• Ensure accurate reporting of sales, cash handling, and inventory.
• Achieve monthly KPI and business targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in F&B multi-outlet management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multiple cafe branches.
• Strong training and coaching ability.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven and hands-on management style.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of cafe operations, coffee culture, and customer service.
• Experience in P&L, budgeting, and KPI management.
• Able to travel between outlets.
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
