Responsibilities
We are looking for a capable and dynamic individual to support the design and implementation of learning, capability-building, and career development initiatives to strengthen organisational and workforce capability.
Reporting to the Senior Assistant Director, you will:
• Drive the implementation of learning and capability-building initiatives aligned to organisational priorities and workforce needs.
• Support the development, implementation, and integration of competency frameworks across talent, learning and other HR processes.
• Design and implement career development initiatives that support employee growth, mobility and career aspirations.
• Analyse workforce and capability data to generate insights that inform workforce planning and capability development strategies.
• Partner stakeholders to deliver integrated workforce and capability development initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and capability development initiatives, and recommend improvements based on data and feedback.
• Keep abreast of emerging workforce, learning and HR trends to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Organisational
Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Talent
Management, Organisational Development, or Human Resource Management.
• Experience supporting workforce, learning, career development, or talent
management initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience managing projects and working across teams.
• Ability to translate organisational needs into practical HR and L&D solutions.
