Responsibilities
Senior Executive (HR & Admin) /$3,800 - $4,500 @Jurong East
Perform full spectrum of HR functions includes recruitment, employee relations, payroll and L&D.
Maintain employees’ data, leave administration, employee benefits, medical claims, workpass application
Reviewing of policies and process flows, support recruitment (sourcing, shortlisting, onboarding).
Consolidation of HR reports/analysis for the Group and generate statistical reports.
Develop internal work plan, reports to finance, education staff on employment acts.
Support Fire drill, workplace risk assessment, promote staff awareness of workplace safety and health.
Manage Office & HR Administration function i.e office rental, office work space allocation, wellness programme, season parking, staff pass.
Manage budget for Office & HR administration, and office and vendor management.
Manage Annual Corporate Events and provide HR advice to employees.
Diploma /IHRP – CP /HR/Business Studies with 4 years relevant experience.
Well verse and knowledgeable in HRIS System (Justlogin, Unit4)
Experiences in rolling out HRIS implementation project within organisational
