Oren Sport Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive (Outdoor) to join our growing sales team. This is a full-time position, cover specific state sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers within the outdoor sports and recreation market segment
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty
• Present and demonstrate outdoor products and services to prospective customers, highlighting key features and benefits
• Negotiate and close sales deals whilst maintaining profitability targets and margins
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales documentation in a timely and professional manner
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
• Provide post-sale support and address customer enquiries to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings and market trends within the outdoor industry
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, logistics and customer service to ensure seamless customer experiences

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in sales, ideally within the outdoor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close sales whilst maintaining customer satisfaction
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the designated sales territory
