Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site, engineering and construction surveys, including setting-out of coordinates, levels, alignments and structures.
Establish and maintain survey control points and benchmarks.
Carry out as-built surveys and prepare survey records, reports and drawings.
Perform checking and monitoring of construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Operate and maintain Total Station, GNSS/GPS, Auto Level and other survey equipment.
Process survey data using AutoCAD, Civil 3D or relevant surveying software.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, consultants and site teams on survey requirements.
Ensure surveying works comply with project specifications, LTA requirements and safety standards.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant construction surveying experience.
Experience in Singapore civil, infrastructure, MRT or LTA projects preferred.
Proficient in Total Station, GNSS/GPS and levelling equipment.
Knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D and survey data processing.
Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced construction environment.
