Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Assist with daily kitchen and restaurant operations.
Prepare ingredients, food items and beverages according to standard procedures.
Assist with cooking, food preparation and plating when required.
Take customer orders, serve food and beverages, and attend to customer requests.
Operate the cashier and POS system, process payments and issue receipts.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, dining and counter areas.
Replenish food, drinks, packaging and other supplies when required.
Assist with receiving, storing and checking food ingredients and supplies.
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards.
Support opening and closing duties and other daily restaurant operations.
Handle customer enquiries and provide friendly and efficient service.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
No minimum qualification required; relevant F&B experience is an advantage.
Basic food preparation or kitchen experience is an advantage for kitchen roles.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
Physically fit and comfortable with standing for extended periods.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
