TheServices required are set out as follows:

• Coordinate and monitor the maintenance of school buildings, classrooms, offices, laboratories, sports facilities, and common areas.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify defects and follow up on rectification works.
• Maintain emergency preparedness exercises inventory
• Supervise cleaning contractors to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are achieved.
• Monitor pest control, waste management, landscaping, and environmental services.
• Conduct regular inspections and address operational feedback.

• Perform minor ad-hoc repair works when required within school premises

• Security control at the school foyer during school days and events.
• Perform ad-hoc operational duties as assigned by OM/AM and School Leaders

The Personnel shall minimally have the following skills and experience:

§  At least 3 years of working experience in school operations.

§  Physically fit and healthy

§  Able to multi-task

§  Good team player

§  Able to converse in English and good inter-personal skills
