Job Overview

We are hiring 2 full-time Cashiers for our Guizhou Sour Soup Hot Pot restaurant.

Fluent Mandarin is COMPULSORY . You will be responsible for customer greetings, seating arrangements, POS billing, payment processing, and daily sales reconciliation.

Requirements

• Fluent Mandarin is MANDATORY , with basic English and Bahasa Malaysia for daily communication.

• Restaurant cashier or F&B front desk experience is preferred.

• Fresh candidates with a good attitude are welcome to apply.

• Meticulous, honest, and good with numbers.

• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Residing in the Kuala Lumpur area

• Greet customers, answer menu enquiries, and assist with seating arrangements.

• Operate the POS system accurately and handle cash, card, and e-wallet payments, including Touch 'n Go and GrabPay.

• Count cash, reconcile daily sales, and prepare daily sales reports.

• Keep the cashier counter clean and tidy and manage reservation enquiries.

• Assist the front service team during peak hours.

• Follow established SOPs and report to the Store Manager.
