We are looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to support our daily operations and human resource functions.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
• Assist in attendance, leave, and claims administration.
• Prepare employment letters, contracts, and HR-related documents.
• Assist in payroll preparation and coordination.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal HR matters.
• Ensure HR documentation and practices comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Local Diploma and above.
• Previous experience in HR is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Able to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
