Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced, reliable and professional Personal Driver to provide safe and comfortable transportation services for the company's CEO, management team and VIPs. The ideal candidate should be punctual, responsible and committed to maintaining high standards of safety, confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Personal Driver for a CEO, company director or VIP.

• Possess a valid driving licence with a good driving record.

• Familiar with routes and road conditions around Klang Valley and surrounding areas.

• Punctual, trustworthy, disciplined and responsible.

• Able to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the company's and management's personal matters.

• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety inspections.

• Candidates who can start work immediately will be given preference.

• Provide safe, comfortable and professional transportation services for the CEO, management team or VIPs.

• Drive management personnel to offices, meetings, official events and other assigned destinations.

• Ensure the assigned vehicle is always clean, presentable and in good working condition.

• Conduct routine vehicle inspections, including fuel levels, tyres, lights, brakes and other essential components.

• Report any vehicle defects, maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly.

• Arrange and monitor regular vehicle servicing and maintenance schedules.

• Plan travel routes efficiently to ensure punctual arrivals at scheduled destinations.

• Comply with all traffic regulations and prioritise passenger safety at all times.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling company and management matters.

• Perform any other duties or tasks as requested or assigned by the supervisor.
