Cloud Kinetics Hiring! Full Time Program Manager in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of software programs spanning multiple engineering teams, sprints, and release cycles
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Architects to translate roadmaps into executable delivery plans
• Coordinate dependencies across teams (backend, frontend, mobile, QA, DevOps, infra) to keep releases on track
• Run and/or oversee Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retros) at the program level across multiple squads
• Track sprint velocity, burndown, release readiness, and technical debt against program goals
• Manage release planning and coordinate go-live activities, including staging, QA sign-off, and rollback plans
• Identify technical and delivery risks (integration issues, resourcing gaps, scope creep) early and drive mitigation
• Maintain program-level roadmaps, timelines, and RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years managing software development programs/projects, ideally in a multi-team engineering environment
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD concepts
• Experience with engineering/project tools: Jira, Confluence, GitHub/GitLab, Azure DevOps
• Ability to read technical documentation and communicate credibly with engineers (doesn't need to code, but must understand architecture, APIs, technical constraints)

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or SAFe certification
• Background as a developer, QA engineer, or technical BA before moving into program management
