Job Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of existing corporate customers in Singapore and maintain strong, long-term business relationships.
Drive sustainable sales growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Introduce Lyreco’s products, services, and solutions to customers, helping them understand the full range of the company’s offerings.
Schedule regular account review and development meetings with customers, either face-to-face or online.
Work closely with Customer Service, Logistics, and Marketing teams to ensure excellent service and provide solutions tailored to customer needs.
Coordinate special product sourcing requests in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Manage pricing, sales margins, and profitability.
Monitor sales activities, maintain accurate CRM records, and update sales opportunities and progress regularly.
Coordinate with International Account Managers to ensure compliance with global contracts, tenders, and pricing agreements.
Encourage customers to adopt Lyreco’s digital ordering solutions to simplify and improve their purchasing processes.
Collaborate with the Corporate Inside Sales team to manage customer requirements efficiently and improve sales processes.
Perform other reasonable ad hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly managing large corporate accounts or selling service-based solutions.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Good negotiation skills and experience managing sales pipelines and opportunities.
Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
Good organizational and time management skills.
A driving licence is an advantage.
