Responsibilities

  • Preventive Maintenance: Inspect, clean, test, and lubricate mechanical and electrical components to prevent breakdowns.
  • Repairs & Troubleshooting: Diagnose system errors, fix mechanical or control faults, and respond to urgent on-site callouts.
  • Modernization & Upgrades: Install new safety systems, communication devices, or controller upgrades on legacy and modern units.
  • Universal Service: Service, repair, and maintain multi-brand elevator and escalator systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
