An IT Executive is a hands-on technical and operational role responsible for managing day-to-day IT infrastructure, providing end-user support, and maintaining system and network security. Core Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Deliver frontline hardware and software troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and office equipment.
• System & Network Administration: Monitor servers, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi connections, and firewalls.
• Security & Backups: Enforce data security policies, manage user accounts/passwords, configure access controls, and run routine system backups.
• Asset & Vendor Management: Track IT inventory, coordinate with external tech vendors, and assist with software licensing compliance.
• Documentation & Reporting: Log support tickets, maintain system documentation, and prepare operational health reports.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
