Aurex Group Hiring! Full Time Senior BIM Leader in - Ricebowl

A global contractor is seeking an accomplished BIM leader to oversee a portfolio of mission-critical projects across Southeast Asia. This regional appointment requires strong electrical and mechanical (E&M) expertise, combined with a proven ability to lead teams and drive consistent BIM delivery across complex projects.

The successful candidate will provide strategic oversight of BIM delivery across multiple projects, leading a team of BIM project leaders and ensuring they have the direction, resources and support required to meet project milestones. Working closely with the regional digital leadership team, you will also drive the implementation of best-practice methodologies and evaluate and adopt new technologies to strengthen project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee BIM strategy and deliverables across a portfolio of mission-critical projects.
• Lead and support BIM project leaders, ensuring delivery against agreed programmes and project requirements.
• Coordinate E&M models and their integration with other project disciplines.
• Promote clear communication and effective collaboration across project teams and stakeholders.
• Establish and implement best-practice BIM methodologies, providing training and guidance to support consistent adoption.
• Collaborate with the regional digital leadership team to assess and implement emerging technologies and improve BIM processes.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in BIM management, with specific responsibility for E&M delivery and coordination with other discipline models.
• A tertiary qualification in engineering or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading BIM delivery on infrastructure projects, supported by strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proven track record of implementing BIM best practices and training teams in BIM processes.
• Currently based in Singapore or with previous professional experience in Singapore.
• Fluency in English.
