Chicago Chicken City Hiring! Full Time Training Officer (F&B / QSR) in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

Minimum 3 years of experience in the F&B or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.

At least 1 year of experience in a training-related role.

Diploma or Degree qualification is preferred.

Strong communication, presentation and training skills.

Confident in conducting training sessions for employees and management.

Possess own transport and be willing to travel to different outlets.

HRD Corp Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification is an added advantage.

Conduct training for new restaurant crew and managers based on CCC standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Lead and coordinate employee training for new outlet openings.

Conduct regular outlet visits and refresher training sessions.

Deliver training on halal compliance, hygiene and food safety standards.

Maintain accurate training records and HRD Corp (HRDF) documentation.

Monitor training effectiveness and support continuous staff development.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
