Job Position: Business Operation Executive

Division: Finance Business Support

Job Responsibilities:

• Order-to-Cash (OTC) Management: Support and manage the end-to-end OTC process to ensure sales orders and related transactions are processed accurately and completed within the agreed timelines.
• Sales Order and Billing Support: Assist with sales order processing, sales order recognition, billing activities, and other related operational tasks.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments, including Sales and Procurement, as well as external customers, vendors, and business partners to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfilment of business requirements.
• Customer Service: Respond to customer enquiries and liaise with relevant departments to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Policy and Procedure Compliance: Ensure all operational activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and established guidelines.
• Reporting and Administrative Support: Prepare operational reports and provide additional business support as assigned by the Business Operations Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of or exposure to SAP is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales orders, billing, and operational transactions.
• Good coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proactive and responsible approach to resolving operational issues and supporting daily business activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
