Requirements:

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and ensure the reliable operation of the Industrial Effluent Treatment System (IETS) and Acid Regeneration Plant (ARP) to support production requirements.
• Ensure adequate manpower is available to support the daily operations of IETS and ARP.
• Monitor and maintain process parameters within the required control limits, and troubleshoot operational issues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Coordinate with the M&E Department on equipment breakdowns, maintenance activities and repair schedules to minimise operational disruptions.
• Liaise with suppliers and the Purchasing Department to ensure the timely availability of consumables and materials required for operations.
• Coordinate waste collection and disposal activities with suppliers and the Purchasing Department to ensure proper handling and timely disposal.
• Prepare monthly reports and analyse consumable usage, including acid, waste acid and water consumption, to monitor usage trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide operational support for CPL in the absence of the Manager or Production Executive to ensure continuity of production.
• Provide technical support and conduct process analysis to resolve operational issues and improve CPL performance.
• Assist the Manager in preparing and analysing CPL's monthly Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) reports to monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
