PERM HR GENERALIST ($6000)

Our client is an established international Legal firm

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage staff requisition & headcount reporting
• End to end recruitment process.
• Assist in payroll process management and liaise with outsourced payroll vendors
• Provide advisory to members of Singapore office
• Participate in the churning of year end reports
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding for Singapore
• Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
• Assist in L&D duties
• Ensure timely processing, notification and acknowledgement of leavers cessation
• Assist in managing P files and other HR admin matters
• Ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements

• Degree and above
• At least 3 years of HR experience
• Strong sense of responsibility and maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Able to work independently
• Possesses good communication skills

Salary ranges from $4000 ~ $6000
