Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any concerns
Ensure products are well-stocked and displayed neatly
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Willingness to work on a shift schedule
Strong interest in customer service and sales
Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Good communication skills
Prior retail or sales experience in related field is an advantage
Salary and Benefits:
Competitive salary package of up to $2,500 and above (depending on experience)
