Key responsibilities About the role

• Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, attendance, leave management and employee administration.

• Develop, implement and improve HR policies, employee handbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Manage performance appraisals, compensation structures, employee grading and incentive schemes.

• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace issues.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, CPF contributions, work pass requirements, IR8A and IR21.

• Plan and coordinate recruitment activities to meet departmental manpower requirements

• Lead and guide the HR team to ensure efficient and accurate HR operations

• Work closely with department heads and management on HR-related matters

• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems and operational efficiency

About you

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience

• Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations and local HR practices

• Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations and HR administration

• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
