Accounts Data Entry Clerk (SAP) – Contract

Job Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry of accounting transactions into the SAP system.

• Input and process supplier invoices, purchase orders, payment vouchers, receipts and other accounting documents.

• Verify and cross-check accounting entries against supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) data entry.

• Maintain and update accounting records, databases and filing systems.

• Assist with reconciliation of accounting records and preparation of basic accounting reports.

• Liaise with the Accounts Department to clarify discrepancies and obtain missing information.

• Perform other accounting data entry and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, LCCI or equivalent qualification. Accounting background preferred.

• Prior hands-on experience with SAP accounting software is preferred.

• At least 1 year of relevant accounts data entry or accounting experience.

• Basic understanding of accounting transactions and documentation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

• Good numerical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Able to work independently, efficiently and meet deadlines.

• Responsible, meticulous and well-organised.

• Able to commence work at short notice will be an advantage.

Employment Terms

• Contract Position: Contract basis

• Remuneration: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.

• Commencement: Immediate or as soon as possible.
