About the Role:

As the Product Operations at HashKey Exchange, you will be the critical bridge between our Product, Engineering, Operations, Growth, Compliance, and Sales teams. You will ensure the smooth rollout of new features, optimize the user lifecycle experience, and drive product growth through data-driven insights. We are looking for an execution powerhouse who is passionate about Web3, highly sensitive to data, and familiar with the regulatory landscape of virtual assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Go-to-Market & Product Rollout: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of new product initiative launches. Coordinate with various teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, Growth, Compliance, Sales to ensure successful go-to-market executions.
• Demand Aggregation & Solutioning: Act as the core interface to gather workflow bottlenecks and requirements from internal stakeholders and external users. Translate both internal pain points and external user feedback into structured, high-level solutions.
• Data Analysis & Monitoring: Track and analyze key product metrics (e.g., conversion rates, trading volumes, user retention). Generate regular performance reports to identify growth opportunities and drop-off points.
• Risk Control & Compliance Guardrails: Work closely with the Compliance, Legal and Risk teams to ensure all product features and operational activities meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, preferably within a Cryptocurrency Exchange, Fintech, or traditional financial institution. Candidates with less experience may be considered for Associate or Senior Associate roles (leveling will be adjusted based on the interview performance).
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of crypto trading products (spot, futures, etc.) and familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem. Knowledge of virtual asset regulations in HK, SG and UAE is a strong plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data sensitivity with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL). Ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Execution & Problem Solving: Excellent project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and solve complex problems under pressure.
• Language: Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is required to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
