JOB TITLE: JUNIOR RECRUITER

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process to fill vacant positions.
• Prepare and post job advertisements on social media and recruitment platforms.
• Source, identify, and contact potential candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates' resumes and applications based on job requirements.
• Arrange and coordinate interview sessions with shortlisted candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' suitability.
• Prepare recruitment documents, including offer letters and employment forms.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview results and employment offers.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for newly hired employees.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
