Site Operations Assistant

Location: Taman Melawati, Kuala Lumpur
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,000 per month
Working Hours: 6 days a week, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

Seri NS is looking for a reliable and organised Site Operations Assistant to support our daily cleaning and service operations. You will assist with staff coordination, site inspections, supplies, and reporting to ensure work meets company standards and client requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily operations at assigned sites.
  • Monitor staff attendance, schedules, and task completion.
  • Conduct site inspections and follow up on cleaning quality.
  • Coordinate with supervisors, workers, clients, and management.
  • Monitor cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment, and arrange deliveries when needed.
  • Prepare attendance records, site reports, checklists, and progress photos.
  • Report operational issues and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Ensure staff follow site safety procedures and company policies.
  • Assist with related operational and administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Experience in cleaning operations, facilities services, or site coordination is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates who are willing to learn are welcome to apply.
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and WhatsApp.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is an advantage.
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to assigned sites.
  • Own transport is an advantage.
