Basic knowledge of Canva / Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
Able to multitask and manage time well
Responsible, positive attitude, and willing to learn

Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social media & email
Provide friendly, clear, and professional customer support
Assist in sales and follow up with customers
Create simple graphic designs for social media, marketing & printing
Edit existing designs and prepare artwork for production
Coordinate with internal team to meet customer requirements
Can deal and understand the needs of client
