We are hiring a Business Project Executive with strong administrative & operations background (AI & IT) to join our Johor Bahru office in Southkey,

This role covers a range of general Business responsibilities with a focus on project maangement, administration and operations

Project Management & Coordination

-Requirement gathering & documentation

-Task planning & delegation of tasks to cross-functional teams internally and suppliers

-Timeline tracking and coordination internally and with clients

-Coordinate deployment and handover of projects to clients

General Business Admin

-Vendor & Client liasing

-Business Research on clients and industries

- Emailing clients

- Preparing presentations and materials/decks to send to clients

Who we are looking for:

You have previous experience in a Technology-related company, in a project management

You are meticulous and detail-oriented

You are comfortable with multi-tasking to handle details of projects

You should be comfortable using or learning to use various AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini, AI agents for web browsing, and more specialised AI tools for specialised slide decks and images for various business executive needs

You enjoy the hustle and pace of a startup environment

You are looking for more direct responsibility in your tasks, and want to deal directly with key decision makers.
