Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)
Minimum 3 years sales experience
Minimum 1 year team management experience
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Experience in KPI and performance management
Excellent business presentation skills
Familiar with Southeast Asian markets
English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise Sales Engineers
Develop team sales plans and monitor KPIs
Coach and mentor sales team members
