Key Responsibilities
Reach out to potential clients through phone calls and email to understand their needs, preferences and requirements.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients through timely and professional communication.
Qualify and segment potential clients based on their needs, level of interest and suitability.
Arrange appointments and coordinate with the Leasing and Marketing Team for Show Suite previews and client meetings.
Follow up with potential clients to maintain engagement and support the leasing process.
Job Requirements
Equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Real Estate or a related field preferred.
Prior experience in sales, leasing, customer service, business development or client engagement will be an advantage.
Confident and comfortable communicating with clients through both phone and email.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant and professional manner.
Proactive, organised and able to follow up effectively with potential clients.
