Requirements:

• Knowledge in SQL system is preferable

• Ability to work independently and as part of team.

• Excellent computer skills, such as Microsoft office.

• Good command in verbal & written English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia

Office hour:

• 8.00 am - 6.00pm [ Mon - Fri ]

• 8.30 am - 12.30pm [ Sat - Alternate ]

OT:

• Monday–Friday: 10 hours/day including the working break period, depending on the actual break arrangement.

• Saturday: 4 hours on alternate Saturdays.

• OT calculation should be based on the company's normal working hours and break time arrangement.

• Coordinate between transportation providers to property schedule shipments and deliveries.

• Communicate with dispatchers and drivers regarding delays, issues and delays and provide immediate update to avoid unnecessarily waiting time.

• Coordinating and planning with the internal warehouse team on the warehouse storage before and during the deliveries.

• Responsible for all the outgoing deliveries reports, ensuring that vehicles delivering to sites have the correct paperwork.
